To ensure they arrive in perfect condition, please read our delivery policy below.

It is preferred to have someone home to accept the delivery due to the perishable nature of frozen products.

 Zone Delivery Pricing

Sydney Metro, Picton to Northern Beaches and East & Illawarra

• Minimum order: $30
• FREE delivery on orders over $150
• Flat freight charge: $14.95

Blue Mountains, Canberra, Central Coast, Cessnock, The Hunter Region, Newcastle & Wollongong

• Minimum order: $30
• FREE delivery on orders over $150
• Flat freight charge: $30

If you place an order after the cutoff time, it will automatically be scheduled for the next delivery cycle week.

Delivery Details

Our Pastizzi are delivered frozen in a cardboard box with ice bags. To ensure your order stays frozen, please ensure someone is home to receive the delivery.

Important: If no one is available to accept the order, our driver will leave the box in a safe place at your front door. Please be aware that once the order has been left, we cannot be responsible for its condition.

We use a third party to complete the delivery, and you will get 3 notifications to the mobile number used on your order

• First notification will be the morning of your delivery advising it is on board.
• Second notification is approximately the hallway point between the morning and your expected delivery time.
• Third notification is to advise you that the parcel has been delivered.

For any specific delivery instructions, it is important that you enter them in the notes filed on the checkout page

For now, we are only delivering frozen products, and when we settle into the new delivery part of our business we will add Ambient products as well.
