Delivery Policy

Sydney Local Delivery

We currently offer home delivery in the Sydney Metro area, from Picton, to Blue Mountains up to the Northern Beaches and East. Please note, we are unable to deliver to residential outside this area at this time.

Our Delivery Cycle:

We deliver two days a week.

• Orders placed and paid for online by 3:00 PM on Wednesday will be delivered on Friday.
• Orders placed and paid for online by 3:00 PM on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

If you place an order after the cutoff time, it will automatically be scheduled for the next delivery cycle day.

Delivery Details

Our pastizzi are delivered frozen in a cardboard box with ice bags. To ensure your order stays frozen, please ensure someone is home to receive the delivery.

Important: If no one is available to accept the order, our driver will leave the box in a safe place at your front door. Please be aware that once the order has been left, we cannot be responsible for its condition.

Factory Outlet Pick-Up

If you'd prefer to collect your order, you can pre-order and pre-pay online and pick it up directly from our factory. This is a great way to save on shipping fees and ensure you get your pastizzi right when you want them.

Once your order is ready for pick-up, we will contact you to confirm the best time to collect it from our location at: SHOP 4/48/66 The Horsley Dr, Carramar NSW 2163.
